The length of time we retain Personal Information depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it. After you have terminated your account, we will make all reasonable efforts to promptly delete your Personal Information from our systems. However, please note that certain financial data, such as invoices, processed through third-party services (e.g. PHC Go), may be subject to their privacy and data retention policies.
